Make agency decisions
with analysis, not guesswork
Brivo is AI decision and reporting software (SaaS) for social media agencies. Decision Mode answers your strategy questions with Claude — analysis, risk, recommendation and forecast. Content approval, reports and agency–brand communication live in one panel. Create your account and try it right away with a demo brand.
The Brivo app interface is currently in Turkish.
No data in the meeting
The brand asks, you say “we'll look into it and get back to you.” Trust starts to slip.
Reports eat up hours
Every week: collect the same metrics, format them, present them. Routine work instead of strategy.
Decisions can't be measured
Nobody can answer “did this strategy actually work?” with data.
Approvals are chaos
Visuals on WhatsApp, revisions over email, sign-off in a meeting. Everything is scattered.
Decision Mode — AI-assisted strategy analysis
Pick a category (content, timing, campaign) and ask your question. Claude uses the brand profile, account score and recent metrics as context, and answers in structured cards: analysis, risk, recommendation, forecast and data source. When the data isn't enough, it says so.
Account Health Score
Rolls engagement, growth and consistency into a single 0–100 score. Uses Instagram metrics; the Instagram integration is in beta.
Content Approval
Upload, preview in a mockup, approve — or send back with a revision note.
Strategy Scorecard
A monthly scorecard that grades content and decision performance. Scores are calculated from the data; the analysis and recommendations for the month ahead are written by Claude.
Best Time to Post
Suggests posting times based on when followers are active. Depends on the Instagram metrics integration, currently in beta.

Decision Mode analysis
The agency or brand asks a strategy question; Claude answers in a fixed structure instead of free text. Every answer includes a data source field showing what it was based on.
Report summaries
In weekly and monthly reports, Claude interprets the metrics and writes a plain-language summary ready to send to the brand. Instead of walking through tables, the agency shares the summary.
Monthly strategy scorecard
The scorecard's grades and scores are calculated from the brand's data; Claude interprets the results and writes the analysis and recommendations for the month ahead. The model used is recorded.
Responsible use
We position Claude as a decision partner, not the decision maker.
- When the data isn't enough, it says so — it doesn't make things up.
- Answers are recommendations; the final call stays with the agency.
- By default, Anthropic does not use data sent via the API to train its models.

Try a demo brand or add your own
The demo brand comes with sample data, clearly labelled in the app as “Örnek veri (demo)” (sample data). Invite team members and brand users; Instagram connection is in beta.
Ask Decision Mode
Ask a strategy question and get a structured answer from Claude. Share reports and the strategy scorecard with the brand.
A workspace for the agency team
Manage every brand from one screen. A detailed, data-focused interface.
Simple and clear
A clutter-free screen for the brand side. See reports, ask for a decision, approve content.

What's included in early access?
Brivo is free to use during the early access period.
Start without your own data; the demo brand's sample data is clearly labelled.
Your feedback decides what we build next.
You enter your agency name, full name, email and a password in the sign-up form. Your account is created instantly (email confirmation may be required) and you're taken to the agency panel.
No. Brivo isn't an agency — it's a software product (SaaS) used by social media agencies. Decision Mode, report summaries and monthly strategy scorecard commentary run on Claude inside Brivo.
Yes. You can add a demo brand from the panel in one click. It comes with sample data that is clearly labelled in the app as “Örnek veri (demo)” (sample data) — it is not live Instagram data. You can try Decision Mode with it right away.
Brivo uses Claude, developed by Anthropic, as its primary model. Claude writes the strategy analyses in Decision Mode, the summary text in reports and the monthly strategy scorecard commentary. The scorecard's scores themselves are calculated from the data.
By default, Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train models. Brivo only sends Claude the context needed to generate an answer (brand profile, score and relevant metrics).
Not yet. The Instagram integration is in beta. Automatic data sync through Meta's official API is on our roadmap.
Answers are based on the brand's data in Brivo, and each one states which data it used. If the data isn't enough, Claude says so. Answers are recommendations; the final call stays with the agency.
Brivo is free during early access. There's no online payment yet; plan pricing will be finalized after early access.
